Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation Until March 1, 2023.
Reservations may be cancelled for any reason until March 1, 2023 with a 25% handling charge deducted. 

YOU MUST RETURN THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION MAILED TO YOU AT THE TIME YOU MADE THE RESERVATION TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.

2. Reservations Are Final and Non-Refundable.
AFTER MARCH 1, 2023 ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. No Refund Policy.
Regardless of how many days you actually stay at Glencoe CampResort.

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
THE MANAGEMENT
